1)Trading Flow:

c) Discussing details of the ordering and confirm the last prices, quantity & shipping way.

2) Minimum Order Quantity:
a) Pocket Knives: 1200pcs / item.
b) Multi-pliers / Multi-knives: 1000pcs / item.
c) utdoor Tools: 500sets / item.
d) Gifts: 600sets / item
e) Bottle Openers: 5000pcs / item
3) Payment Terms :
a) Small order: T/T 100% to our bank account.
b) Medium order: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against the B/L Copy.
C) Large order: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance by confirmed, irrevocable L/C to be available by sight draft.
4) Lead Time:
a) Samples: 3-7 days on freight collection (or via your express account).
b) Usual orders: 25-35 days after receiving the Purchase Order.
c) Large order: About 40 days (consulting with each other).
5) Shipping & Freight:
A) For Samples:
* Postal Services:
a) Shipping by sea: 30-50 days or so.
b) Shipping by air & land: 20 days or so.
c) Shipping by usual airmail: 10 days or so.
d) Shipping by EMS: 5-6 days or so.
* TNT Express (Example: From China to USA):
a) 0-21KGs: Total Freight = US$21.5 + US$8.0 * (2 x G.W.)(About US$30-60 for regular several KGs of samples.)
b) 21KGs-99KGs: Total Freight = US$7.1 * (G.W.)
c) Over 100KGs: Total Freight < or = US$6.9 * (G.W.)
Time: 4-6 days, the goods can directly reach the buyers' office, quick and convenient, better for small orders. Much cheaper for sending samples by usual Airmail than Express.Other Express: DHL, UPS, etc.
B) For Goods:
* Shipping by express:
a) Shipping by air (cargo must be less than 100KGs), takes 6 days or so, Total FreightUS$4.5 * (G.W.) or so, the airport of the destination will inform the buyers to the airport for
carrying the goods, quick and cheaper than express, better for small orders.
b) Shipping by sea: 30-45 days or so, Total Freight = US$76.0 * Cubage (CBM) + US$ 49.0, inexpensive, better for large orders.
So, try best to let more goods ship in one time and choose shipping by air even by sea and
prepaying will reduce the freight cost!
And in different area will be at different freight cost. But we will try our best to find the best
shipping way for you and consult the shipping way with you before confirmation!

6) OEM:
We also offer OEM project services. Such as: Printing your company logo on the products;
production according to your specific requirements.
Logo Modes on products (one location):
a) US$0.03 for Laser logo.
b) US$0.02 (one color) for Silk screen printing logo.
c) US$0.03 for Etching logo.
7) Choice Casings:
a) We offer poly-bag or white paper-box for all our present products.
b) Nylon Pouch (with logo) (US$0.1/PC for small, US$0.15 for larger).
c) Clamshell casing (US$0.2/PC for first printing or <2000PCs, US$0.15/PC for later printing or >2000PCs).
You can choose our present casing & add your company name and logo. Or you can let us design as your mind or requiring. Also, you can e-mail to us with the picture of your artwork to let us print the paper card.
d) Small paper gift box with transparent window (US$0.06/PC); larger paper gift box with
transparent window (US$0.12/PC).
